The Polish Navy Museum is located on the Sea Boulevard close to the beach. You can admire monumental guns there, which were used from the XVII century up until the Second World War. Furthermore, there are aircraft and helicopters belonging to the Navy air arm.

Akwarium GdyńskieGdynia Aquarium is situated at 1 Aleja Zjednoczenia, opposite the monument to J.Conrad. It was built in 1971. The aquarium is a place where you can see marine flora and fauna in the museum exhibitions and aquaria. It presents the extraordinary beauty of live marine plants and animals and of particular interest is the coral reef fauna.

Muzeum Gdyni - Dom AbrahamaAbraham's House is located at 30 Starowiejska Street. It was erected in 1904. The first owners of the house were the Skwiercz family. It became famous thanks to Antoni Abraham, who devoted all his life to the fight for Poland's freedom. His contributions included the restoration of the Polish nation, encouraging the fight for a free Poland and also writing patriotic articles. Moreover, he took part in the First World War.

On Starowiejska Street there is a house which was also built before the marine port was built. It was built in 1914 and was owned by the Schroeder family.

Błyskawica – Floating Museum

Błyskawica is one of the most beautiful destroyers in its class. Along with its twin ‘Grom’ it was the pride of the Polish Fleet. On board you can admire its weaponry and inside learn about the history of the Polish Navy.

In this museum, you can follow the history of sailing ships presented on charts, photographs and maps. Also there are quite a number of souvenirs of the golden age of sailing. On visiting the frigate it’s possible to see all the cabins in which the sailors lived and worked.
